Speech and public speaking coaching for rodeo queens
Public speaking is more than answering judges’ questions or delivering a speech. It’s a skill that builds confidence and allows you to inspire and make a difference.
Through personalized coaching and practical techniques, Project Pageantry helps rodeo queens find their voice and speak with poise, whether they’re addressing a crowd, speaking with fans, or interviewing with the media.

One-on-one coaching is tailored to each queen’s goals, experience level, age, and competition needs. Sessions focus on both what you say and how you say it, building confidence, clarity, and stage presence in the process.
Black Hills - $2,500
This package is for state titleholders preparing for the Miss Rodeo America pageant, and includes:
30 hours of individual speech coaching (in person or online)
3 hours of interview coaching and media preparation
Personalized feedback on vocal delivery, movement, and physical presentation
Support writing extemporaneous speech content
Support writing prepared speech content, including personal introduction, platform, Wrangler and chaps outfits, and Buck’s Bags auction item
The Project Pageantry Public Speaking Workbook, featuring public speaking and goal-setting resources, tips, and guidance
Silversmith - $1,100
This package is for aspiring state titleholders of all ages and young ladies competing for high-level competition, such as state or national high school rodeo, Miss Rodeo USA, or other national competitions (Canada or Australia). It includes:
15 hours of individual speech coaching (in person or online)
2 hours of interview coaching and media preparation
Personalized feedback on vocal delivery, movement, and physical presentation
Feedback on pre-written impromptu or prepared speech content

Tiara - $300
This package is for aspiring titleholders of all ages who are competing for their first or subsequent titles, including local or district pageants, and includes:
3 hours of individual speech coaching (in person or online)

Interview and media coaching is designed to help current and aspiring rodeo queens build confidence in their individual interviews and prepare to handle media and other appearances with grace and tact. You’ll learn how to navigate questions and media personalities, give concise and personable responses, and highlight your personality while showing that you’re the best pick for the job.

Not necessarily! Some queens only need help with delivery, confidence, or movement, while others only want support writing a clear, competition-ready speech. You can book coaching and writing separately or together, depending on your goals, experience level, and timeline.

Not at all! Services are designed for queens at all levels, from first-time competitors to state and national titleholders who want to improve consistency, confidence, and presentation.
In fact, we’ve helped girls starting out all the way up to America contestants, including the 2026 MRA pageant speech category winner.

Absolutely! Parents and coaches are welcome to be included in feedback and progress reporting. For younger competitors, parents are asked to be a part of coaching sessions, so they can support their child’s growth at home.
That said, Project Pageantry reserves the right to excuse parents should they become a distraction or take away from the positive atmosphere we strive to maintain.

Yes! Coaching sessions are available online, with in-person sessions offered when locations allow. Please note that any coach’s travel may be subject to a full or partial fee.
